The knowledge that I have gained is that teamwork only works in a habitat it is conducive to. It's an innate attribute that outpour when discovered. A lion is not the jungle king, and teamwork is only conducive to its pride. What we need to understand as human beings are that not everyone functions at the same level as others, e.g. a lion will be weak in the jungle because its color helps its camouflage in the grassland or Savannah land. Still, if we put him in the jungle where green is dominant, it will be seen. So it goes back to the mindset and the capabilities of each man. If you put a man in a place where it isn't conducive to it cannot function. So whatever you do. You do it and bring out the best in you. Let your passion lead you, and let your wisdom guide you. Let the very existence of your words manifest the right persons conducive to teamwork and aim for overpowering success.
